Your tasks live on your phone. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't track you across other apps.
Everything you type or dictate into ADH-Do is stored on your phone. Dictation is transcribed on your device by Apple. If you delete a task, it's gone. If you delete the app, everything ADH-Do stored on that device goes with it.
When you brain dump, ask the coach for help, or turn a photo into a task, that text or photo is sent to our server and then to our AI provider, Anthropic, to be sorted, prioritized, or answered. Their API terms don't allow them to train on your data. We keep only what's needed to run the request and keep the service safe. We don't keep the photos.
Errand reminders use Apple's geofencing on your device, and your location is never sent to our servers. The focus shield uses Apple's Screen Time framework, and which apps you choose is managed by Apple, so we never see it. Apple handles payment for subscriptions, and we only receive whether you're subscribed, never your payment details.
ADH-Do asks for the microphone, camera or photos, notifications, location, and Screen Time only when you use a feature that needs it. You can change any of these later in iOS Settings, and the app keeps working without them.
ADH-Do isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
